Michaela Mercer BSc MA MRTPI
Founder and Director of Mercer Planning
Mercer Planning was established by Michaela Mercer in 2007.
Michaela is a chartered town planner and member of the Royal Town Planning Institute. Having spent over 25 years in Local Planning Authority planning teams in London and the South East at Principal Officer and Managerial Level she has extensive experience in planning, development management and planning enforcement matters.

Her previous roles include Head of Planning Enforcement Mole Valley District Council, Head of Development Management Woking Borough Council, Planning Applications Manager Southampton City Council and Area Planning Manager (Wimbledon), London Borough of Merton.

Michaela continues to advise Local Planning Authorities on planning, development management and planning enforcement matters and deals with planning applications, appeals and enforcement case work on an interim basis.
